Pricing
Simple, fair pricing that scales with your activity level.
Monthly Bookkeeping
$2 per transaction with a $300 minimum
Pricing assumes up to 3 financial accounts (bank or credit card). Pricing is reviewed every 3 months or if activity changes significantly.
Onboarding
$200 onboarding to set things up correctly. Includes intake, access setup, and an initial review.
Waived if cleanup services are needed.
Cleanup / Catch-Up
$250 per month of books needing cleanup.
Discounted to $200 per month after the first 3 months of cleanup work. A month counts if 15+ days of that month require reconstruction.

Hi — I’m Jayven Mason, the owner of J.M. Bookkeeping. I help small businesses keep their books accurate, organized, and easy to understand.
A little about me, I grew up in a small town called Walton, NY. I like to spend time in the great outdoors, camping, fishing, etc. I'm also into music, playing guitar, trumpet, saxophone, and a bit of piano, and I enjoy coding, making websites, and overall just learning new things.
My approach to bookkeeping is pretty straightforward: clean up what’s messy, set up a system that stays clean, and communicate clearly so you always know what’s happening with your numbers. Whether you need consistent monthly bookkeeping, a fresh QuickBooks setup, or a catch-up project, I’ll meet you where you are and get you to “done.”
Note: I provide bookkeeping only (no payroll services and no tax preparation).
